Every night they visit numerous sites, read news and communicate. The researchers questioned more than 19,5 thousand of adult Americans and it turned out that 10% of them did not have enough sleep every night, 38% did not sleep enough during 7 and more nights. Lack of sleep, however, leads to obesity, diabetes, hypertension, strokes, depression, rather often it is accompanid by smoking and alcohol abuse.
