18.10.07: Honey Increases Memory & Reduces Anxiety
Scientists from New Zealand came to the conclusion that honey positively influences on memory and reduces anxiety.
Rats, which ate honey, spent twice more time in open labyrinths, than those, who ate sucrose, and did not eat sugar. The researches concluded that they has the lowest level of anxiety. This rats were much more active, entering in Y-like cross-roads of the labyrinth and had much better space memory.
The tests showed that diets containing honey decrease the anxiety level and help to maintain memory in the process of ageing.
