«Your Baby 0-1 year» MV
The services are provided in CJSC “AHG”, address Moscow, Prospect Mira, 26 bld. 6 (Grokholsky per, 1) (within the frames of range of services, provided by the present medical institution).
The Program is for babies 0-1 years living in Moscow and Moscow region (within 30 km from MKAD).
Services:
• Out-patient services
• Personal Pediatrician
• House-calls
Out-patient services include:
• Check-ups in the out-patient department by the personal pediatrician in the decreed terms, anthropometrical index. Individual medical program and check-ups plan. Constant health and physical development control.
Consultations are in the clinic. The personal pediatrician refers to the specialists considering the medical condition and parents’ wishes. Preventive check-ups are carried out in accordance with the Documents of the RF Ministry of Healthcare & Social Development and Moscow Healthcare Committee, can be changed upon the recommendation of the Pediatrician after coordination with the parents.
• Preventive vaccination with Russian and imported vaccines, including annual flu vaccination (once during the period of enrollment). Imported vaccines are prescribed upon the recommendation of the personal pediatrician. Vaccination is performed in accordance with the calendar plan (upon parents’ wish and in case of no contraindications the vaccination can be performed at home). In case the vaccination is started not in accordance with the schedule, it is performed in accordance with the national schedule of preventive vaccination and instructions of the medications.
• Prescriptions of the attending pediatrician are performed by a nurse in the out-patient department or at home (treatment, injections, etc.), or, in case of necessity, by the pediatrician and other specialists.
• Laboratory tests are performed in accordance with the plan and if medically indicated (in the clinic or at home in case of necessity), except immune status investigations and allergen screening.
• Sanitary massage if medically indicated upon doctor’s referral in the clinic (10 visits).
• Functional, instrumental, X-Ray (except MRI and CT Scan) diagnostics (including neurosonography, abdominal and kidney, hip joints USD) if medically indicated upon the personal pediatrician referral in the clinic and/or other medical institution in Moscow.
• Medical history and other documentation, containing full information about the visits to pediatrician and other specialists, laboratory tests, hospitalizations, etc. (is kept in the clinic).
• Sick-leaves, medical certificates. • Medication prescription, except privileged categories.
House calls:
• House calls* - 24 hours. House calls are performed by pediatricians.
*Except cases, when a child requires ambulance.
Additional services, included in the Program:
• Sanitary massage lessons, curative gymnastics, recommendations on breast-feeding and care.
• Services of medical coordinator when services are provided by other medical institutions.

• The clinic works 24 hours, 7 days a week.

• Specialists see patients in accordance with their schedule.
• Personal pediatrician calls the client and invites for the first visit, providing the parents with his schedule.
• House-calls – to the residence address, fixed in the Program.
• In case the personal doctor is not available: sick, on vacation, etc., the Clinic is to provide the client with another pediatrician.
• The schedules of check-ups, tests and vaccination can be changed if medically indicated. (changed to individual schedule).
• Routine investigations (Pediatrician’s & Specialist’s check-ups, laboratory tests, vaccination) are carried out in case during the period of validity of the Agreement the child reaches the age in the calendar schedule (in case of no indications for individual schedule).
• The time of routine check-up the doctor coordinates with parents prior to the visit. The terms can be shifted if medically indicated, in such cases the parents are to be informed about the causes and the new date of check-up.
• CBC and urinalysis in 3 and 12 months are performed prior to the vaccination. The schedule of these tests can be changed in case the vaccination schedule is changed.
Services, not included in the program of medical care, are to be paid by the patient in accordance with the Price-list.
